1. Introduction

Welcome to Chaos Racing, operated by EpicStar Games ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our game and related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. You will be required to confirm your age during the sign-up process.

Geographic Restrictions: The Service is only available in South Africa. By using the Service, you confirm that you are accessing it from within South Africa.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Description of Service

Chaos Racing is a skill-based online racing game where players compete against AI opponents. The Service consists of two main components:

  • Offline Mode: Available at any time where players can race to improve their skills.
  • Practice Mode: Available before the tournament begins. Practice Mode events consume Fuel which regenerates after 24 hours when exhausted.
  • Tournament Events: Time-limited competitive events where players compete for leaderboard rankings and rewards.

5. Tournament Participation

The Service includes tournament events that players can enter based on their practice performance.

  • No entry fees: Tournament entry is earned through gameplay
  • Players qualify for tournaments by completing practice races
  • Tournament performance is tracked on global and per-map leaderboards
  • All tournament outcomes are determined purely by player skill and performance

6. In-Game Currency and Fuel System

6.1 Coins

  • Can be purchased in the store
  • Used to purchase Fuel and other in-game content
  • Have no real-world monetary value
  • Non-transferable and non-refundable

6.2 Fuel

  • Consumed when participating in practice races
  • Regenerates automatically over time
  • Can be optionally purchased using Coins

6.3 XP (Experience Points)

  • Earned through racing performance
  • Used for progression and unlocking in-game content
  • Serves as a leaderboard tie-breaker

6.4 CR Tokens

  • Earned through tournament participation and performance
  • Track progress toward withdrawal eligibility
  • Have no monetary value until a verified withdrawal request is approved

7. Competitive Events and Rewards

Tournament events in Chaos Racing are skill-based and outcomes are determined by player performance.

Rewards may include in-game currency, virtual items, or real-world prizes.

All rewards:

  • Are funded independently by EpicStar Games
  • Are not derived from player purchases or pooled contributions
  • Are based purely on skill, not chance

We do not offer gambling, betting, or any system where players stake money for a chance to win money.

EpicStar Games reserves the right to modify or discontinue tournaments and rewards at any time.

8. Payments

Payments for optional in-game content are processed through third-party providers.

By making a purchase, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees
  • Comply with the payment provider's terms and conditions

9. Withdrawals and Real-World Rewards

9.1 Eligibility

  • Minimum withdrawal threshold: 800 CR Tokens
  • Withdrawals are only available to players who have earned CR Tokens through tournament participation
  • All withdrawal requests are subject to review and approval

9.2 KYC Verification

  • All withdrawal requests require successful Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing.
  • Verification requires the submission of a valid government-issued identification document and proof of residential address, or any other documentation reasonably required for identity verification.
  • KYC documents and verification records are retained only for as long as necessary to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution obligations, in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
  • Access to KYC information is restricted to authorized personnel responsible for verification, compliance, and payment processing.
  • Failure to successfully complete KYC verification may result in the rejection or delay of withdrawal requests until verification requirements have been satisfied.

9.3 Withdrawal Process

  • Withdrawal requests are submitted through the Service dashboard
  • Supported payment method: Bank Transfer (South Africa)
  • Requests are reviewed within 1-3 business days
  • Approved withdrawals are processed within 3-5 business days

Important Notes:

  • Withdrawals are subject to applicable taxes—players are responsible for declaring any winnings as required by local law
  • Processing times may vary
  • EpicStar Games reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests if fraudulent activity or terms violations are detected

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Cheat, exploit, or use unauthorized software
  • Manipulate game results or leaderboards
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse rewards or withdrawal systems
  • Interfere with servers or systems
  • Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent geographic restrictions or age requirements

Violations may result in suspension, termination, forfeiture of rewards, and permanent ban from withdrawal privileges.

11. Fraud Detection

EpicStar Games employs fraud detection measures to protect the integrity of the Service. We reserve the right to:

  • Investigate suspicious account activity
  • Delay or deny withdrawal requests pending investigation
  • Claw back rewards obtained through fraudulent means
  • Report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities
  • Permanently ban accounts involved in abuse

12. Intellectual Property

All content within the Service, including but not limited to game assets, visuals, audio, and code, is the property of EpicStar Games and is protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without permission.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EpicStar Games shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss
  • Service interruptions
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party providers

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
