1. Overview
This Withdrawal Policy outlines the terms and conditions for redeeming CR Tokens earned through tournament participation in Chaos Racing. CR Tokens represent performance-based rewards that may be converted to real-world value (South African Rand), subject to the conditions below.
Important: CR Tokens have no monetary value until a withdrawal request is submitted, approved, and successfully processed. Withdrawals are discretionary and subject to compliance with this policy.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a withdrawal, you must meet ALL of the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a verified account in good standing
- Be accessing the Service from within South Africa
- Have earned a minimum of 800 CR Tokens through legitimate tournament participation
- Complete successful KYC verification
- Not be in violation of any Terms of Service
- Not have any pending fraud investigations or account restrictions
3. CR Tokens
3.1 How CR Tokens are Earned
- Earned through tournament participation and performance
- Awarded based on leaderboard rankings and map completion
- Cannot be purchased—must be earned through gameplay
- Tracked in your dashboard under "CR Tokens"
3.2 CR Token Value
- 1 CR Token = ZAR 0.05 (South African Rand) withdrawal value
- Value is fixed and does not fluctuate
- Minimum withdrawal: 800 CR Tokens (ZAR 40)
- Maximum withdrawal per request: 10,000 CR Tokens (ZAR 500)
- Monthly withdrawal limit: 40,000 CR Tokens (ZAR 2,000)
3.3 CR Token Expiration
CR Tokens do not expire while your account is active and in good standing. Accounts that are inactive for 12 consecutive months may have CR Tokens forfeited. Inactivity is defined as no race participation or tournament entry during that period.
4. KYC Verification
4.1 Required Documents
- Proof of Identity: Government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID card)
- Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 3 months
- Selfie/Photo Verification: A clear photo of you holding your ID document
4.2 KYC Process
- Submit withdrawal request through your dashboard
- You will be prompted to begin KYC verification
- Upload required documents via our secure portal
- An admin manually reviews and verifies documents
- Verification typically takes 1-3 business days
- Once verified, your withdrawal request enters processing
- You will be notified via email of approval or rejection
4.3 Document Retention
In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA), EpicStar Games retains KYC documents and related personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected or to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution obligations.
- KYC documents: Retained only for the period reasonably necessary to satisfy applicable legal and business requirements.
- Compliance records retained: User ID, KYC verification status, verification timestamp, reviewer or administrator identifier, audit records, and any other information reasonably required to demonstrate compliance.
- Access to KYC information: Restricted to authorized personnel responsible for identity verification, compliance, fraud prevention, and payment processing.
- Secure disposal: Once no longer required, KYC documents and related personal information are securely deleted or destroyed in accordance with POPIA and applicable legal requirements.
4.4 Common Rejection Reasons
- Blurry or unreadable document images
- Expired identification documents
- Mismatch between provided information and account details
- Documents that appear tampered with or fraudulent
- Failure to provide all required documents
- Address proof older than 3 months
You may resubmit documents if initial verification fails. After 3 failed attempts, withdrawal privileges may be suspended pending manual review.

7. Withdrawal Limits

Limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month. Multiple withdrawal requests are allowed within monthly limits, but each request must meet the minimum amount.
8. Fees
- Withdrawal Fee: No fee charged by Chaos Racing
- Bank Transfer: No fee for South African bank accounts
- KYC Verification: Free of charge
Note: Your bank may impose their own fees. Chaos Racing is not responsible for third-party fees.
9. Processing Times
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding South African public holidays. Processing times begin after all required information is provided and verified.
10. Fraud Prevention
10.1 Reasons for Withdrawal Denial
- Failed KYC verification
- Suspected cheating, exploiting, or manipulation of game results
- Multiple accounts or identity fraud
- Violation of Terms of Service
- Insufficient CR Token balance
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Account under investigation
10.2 Account Investigations
- We reserve the right to investigate any account for suspicious activity
- Withdrawals may be held pending investigation completion
- Investigations may take up to 30 days
- You will be notified if your account is under review
10.3 Consequences of Fraud
- Permanent account ban
- Forfeiture of all CR Tokens and in-game currency
- Clawback of previous withdrawals if fraud is discovered retroactively
- Reporting to relevant authorities
11. Tax Responsibility
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on withdrawal amounts to the South African Revenue Service (SARS). Chaos Racing does not provide tax advice and recommends consulting a tax professional.
Important: By requesting a withdrawal, you confirm that you will comply with all applicable tax laws and regulations in South Africa.

We may update this Withdrawal Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of withdrawal services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to active users.
